Sports & Clinical Massage Therapist

Massage in all its forms is central to most of the treatment plans I create for my patients. It is well known for its relaxing and restorative effects but I also use it to work deeply into the muscle tissue, surrounding fascia, tendons, joints and ligaments. There are many benefits of clinical, sports and deep tissue massage. These include enhancing the body’s circulation of blood and lymph, releasing contracted tight muscles, releasing restrictions in the fascia  around muscle, tackling problems caused by scar tissue and adhesions, plus reducing pain and the physical signs of stress.
